He plays in an unusual space with the unique-to-New-Capenna blitz mechanic, hes well-statted as a 3/3 for only three mana, he allows for a lot of exploration and fun deckbuilding thanks to being three colors, and he also lowers the cost of your blitz spells so long as you play him from the command zone multiple times in a game
